Email history

See messages Aepto has sent for your account from avatar menu -> Email History.

Click your avatar (initials) in the top right.
Choose Email History.
Scan the list for alert and system emails (recipient, subject, time, status).
If a contact says they got nothing, confirm they are verified on Contacts, check spam, and confirm the notification type is enabled for that contact.

Where is Email History in the app?

A contact says they never got an alert—what should I check?

Confirm they verified on Contacts, the notification type is enabled, and spam filters. Compare with Email History to see if Aepto attempted delivery.

Does Email History include WordPress plugin mail?

Email History covers messages sent from your Aepto account. WordPress Domain Anchor test mail is sent from your site—debug SMTP in wp-admin, not this screen.

Can I resend a message from Email History?

History is read-only for auditing. Trigger a new alert with a test monitor, webhook sample, or re-run the feature that sends mail.
