Connected apps
Apps that used Sign in with Aepto appear under avatar menu -> Connected apps.
- Click your avatar (top right), then choose Connected apps.
- Review each grant (Chrome extension, WordPress site, Claude/MCP connector, and any other Connect client). Check scopes and when it was authorized.
- To revoke access, click Disconnect on that app. Tokens stop working immediately; the client must Sign in again to reconnect.
- Developer API keys are separate — manage them at app.aepto.com/api-keys (avatar menu → API Keys / MCP). See Scopes & keys.
Install guides: Chrome extension, WordPress plugin, Claude connector.
FAQ
Where do I see apps connected to my account?
Avatar menu → Connected apps. Each row shows Chrome, WordPress, Claude/MCP, or other Connect clients with scopes and authorization time.
What happens when I click Disconnect?
Tokens stop working immediately. The app must run Sign in with Aepto again to reconnect.
Are API keys listed on Connected apps?
No. Developer API keys and MCP setup live under avatar menu → API Keys / MCP. See Developers → Scopes & keys.
Can I revoke Chrome without uninstalling the extension?
Yes. Disconnect here or choose Disconnect in the extension menu. Free stack scans still work unsigned.
WordPress still shows connected after I revoked—why?
Revoke in both places if needed: Aepto Connected apps and WordPress Aepto → Settings → Disconnect & revoke tokens.
